Refund policy
ALL RETURNS MUST RECEIVE AN RMA NUMBER PRIOR TO BEING SENT BACK.
Unwanted regular stock goods excluding special orders may be returned at your expense to our warehouse within 10 days of invoice date for store credit.
Medical items are NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstance due to hygiene and chain of custody concerns.
Product returns that are the result of a mistake on our end will be eligible for a full refund we will also cover return shipping charges.
Unwanted goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover expenses including but not limited to original outbound shipping & handling, market cost deltas, etc. The credit will be given in the form of store credit issued as a gift card for future purchases. Items must be returned to us at your expense and arrive in good condition, damaged items will not receive a credit. Please allow approximately 7 business days for product inspection and credit processing.
To request a return, please contact us and provide your order number, items and quantity you wish to return along with a reason for the return.
We reserve the right to limit excessive or fraudulent returns.
